FEKO include the tool OPTFEKO that can be used to optimize parametric geometries such as yours.
Example A06 of the FEKO Examples Guide (ExampleGuide.pdf located in the doc folder of your FEKO installation) gives a good introduction to using OPTFEKO. Also note that the Example Guide models can be found under \examples\ExampleGuide_models\ (again under you FEKO installation folder).
