Utilizing cross polarization in the new Winprop 2018

Greetings,

 

How can I utilize the new feature of the new version of Winprop which is the cross-polarization.

 

In other words, how can I define the cross-polarization level and then how to display the data?

    In WinProp version 2018, when you create a NEW project in ProMan, look in the bottom-right corner of the first window. There, you can specify that you want the full polarimetric analysis. This is limited to certain scenarios and methods: indoor/urban with ray tracing and with the use of Fresnel coefficients/UTD. It requires import of an antenna pattern from FEKO in .ffe format.

    In 2018.0.1, to be released soon, there will also be a possibility to define cross polarization for all cases by simply entering a value when you edit antenna properties.
