How to make a Surface of a sphere by spinning line automatically ?

Hello everyone,

 

I have one project to create a Surface of a sphere by spinning line automatically. But it's not easy to create automatically a vector in the good direction for spin the line choosen to make a surface of a sphere. I must create visually a vector.
