Probleme to export .rad

When I want to export my .rad document, Hypermesh displays :

It does'nt export my document and this the case for all my .hm documents.

Hi,
Which HyperWorks version are you using and can you update with the latest HyperWorks version and try?.
If you can share the .hm file we can try the same from our end

That's my part.
My version is 14.0 but I haven't admin rights to update it.

I tried in HW 14 and was able to export. In the model file you have shared there is no materials, properties, loads....etc
Please find the file attached along.

Yes, It's because I prefer work on Hypercrash but I need firstly a .rad.
Do you know why I have this probleme ?
I have many .hm documents to export...

This error may be a specific case. Please try with other .hm models and let us know whether you face similar issues.
