Mesh on 3D hypermesh

Hi I have been set to do somework on topology optimisation on engine pylon in 3D. I have been struggling with hexagonal meshing the engine pylon as it does not include the curves as part of the mesh. The model was made in SOLIDWORKS and imported into optistruct hypermesh. Can anyone please give me tips for what meshing techniques?
