Adaptive solution number depended

No rigid motions
No disconnected parts
No geometry defects
So, everything is fine with the model

But:
with 3 adaptive solutions, it does not solve (saying: insufficient constraint)
with 2 adaptive solutions, it does solve without problem

Why is that?

It most likely depends on the shape and density of the connections. For example two parts can be oriented such that (within the connection tolerances specified) they only connect at one or two points. This may be sufficient to satisfy the initial rigid body checks, but when the polynomial order get raised in the 3rd pass it becomes ill-defined. Go back at look at the connections, especially along thin edges or where very small parts are located.
