How to open the hm files in version 12 which are saved in older versions

Hi Sir, I'm new user to this software. I'm getting trouble in opening hm files which are saved in older versions of hypermesh other than version 12. While opening the files in version 12, it is giving warning message like 'this file is not compatible with this version'. Please help me to overcome this problem. If possible please attach the steps to be followed to solve the issue.

    Old software can not open newer model.

    With Hypermesh version 12, you can open the models of v12, v11, v10,... but you CAN NOT open models of v13, v14, ...

    The models are from version 10 and 11 still it is giving warning message.... How to solve the problem... Please let me know
