Hypermesh/Optistruct geometry editing

I want to know what this highlighted portion shows ? (I have attached the relevant photo)

I was editing the geometry using Optistruct as the solver

    Looks like that particular part is solid in your model.

    It's a hypermesh solid entity

    if it is unnecessary, F2>delete>solids to delete it
