Self-interaction boundaries

Hi,

I am trying to convert a stl file to 3D mesh using Hypermesh while I get this error; Possible boundary self-interaction found.

I have tried to fix it by finding penetration and intersections (just using automatic fix). But, I still getting this error.

I appreciate if anyone can help me.

After fixing it automatically, did you check again? Repeat until no intersection existing

If not, try fixing it manually
