HyperWorks CFD - AcuSolve Memory Allocation Error

Hi All,
I am facing the problem of "memory allocation error" in HyperWorks CFD AcuSolve when simulating the model. I have done the windows diagnostic tools to my laptop which has 8 gb ram but nothing seems to solve my problem. Is there any ways to solve it because when I change to larger mesh size of the model it shows the error which instructs me to do tesselation and fix the surface intersection but it is different case when I use very small average mesh size of for example, 0.05 and 0.1 (which it shows no error in terms of geometry, flow, radiation and etc). Attached below are the logfile picture problem that I face for almost a week. I would appreciate if you (all) provide any solutions regarding this. Thank you.

The operating system and other 'tools' will use RAM. When nothing is running, how much RAM does Windows Task Manager indicate is being used?
If you need finer mesh on the surface(s), you can specify that using surface mesh controls, then allow the average mesh size to be a bit larger than the surface size, in order to decrease overall element count.
Real solution is to install more RAM on your machine, as 8 GB (less whatever the OS and other tools use) is not much for CFD usage.

Hi Acupro,
Ok, I have tried what you have suggested which to install more ram on my PC. It displays same error and I have no idea about it. So is it because of my settings in my model?. I would like to hear your thoughts about it. Thank you

Please post your latest .Log file showing the error after adding RAM.
What is the CPU on the machine - how many physical cores (without HyperThreading)?
