While adding single point constraints , if I tick the check boxes of dof for some nodes , what dose that means ?

For each degree of freedom that you wish to constrain, click the checkbox that corresponds to it.
The selected Dofs will be constrained. Dofs 1, 2, and 3 are x, y, and z translation degrees of freedom. Dofs 4, 5, and 6 are x, y, and z rotational degrees of freedom.
