Many elements in my 2D meshed model are failing in warpage..... Is there any strategy in improving the mesh? Please help...... How to mesh the mid surface extracted from plastic component with quality?

The simple way is refine your mesh. When element size decreases, in general, you have better quality.
To prevent warpage you can divide your quad elements into trias (if you are using quads).The midsurface issue....there is not an easy way to do it, requires experience and creativity to fix the 3d model or the midsurface.
