Surface getting deleted on splittng

In my model when i split the surface (F11) for meshing, the splitted surface is getting deleted. Can you please fix this bug.

    did you delete the setting files and retry?

    It sometimes happen. the surf just disappear, but its edges remain green, it means the surf is existing

     

    my workaround is add a point on one of the edges, surf will appear again !  image/emoticons/default_biggrin.png' alt=':D' srcset='/emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x' width='20' height='20'>
