I imported a 3D solid element.
When I supposed to mesh using Tetramesh, only surface mesh alone be used to mesh.
I cant use Solidmesh. May i know the reason please...

It's altair's algorithm, like a function needs appropriate arguments. Tetra mesher needs enclosed 2d elems as input argument. If you remesh, it needs 3d tetra instead
