what are these saffron coloured lines??

dear all i want to generate a tetramesh for the model i have attached.. but when i enter tetramesh panel these lines are getting highlighted.. and i have removed all the free edges from my geometry.. how to troubleshoot these?

Hi Nithish,

There are some overlapping surfaces in the geometry. Please clean up your geometry and try.
