Solid map with edge size transition

Hi, 

 

I have composite laminated cylinder. I want to mesh it with solid maps with transition into the center. Its very easy doing it by 2D elements but I can't handle it by 3d elements. My model and desired mesh is like attacted files. I cant merge the element between common surfaces. 

 

 Would you help me if you have any ideas?

Hi,

 

Since you have quad mesh transition in desired mesh it is not possible to achieve same using solid map but it can done using manual meshing.
