Any improvement to Compound Block?

I use a lot of repeated compound blocks. Is there any shortcut to propagate changes in one compound block to another same compound block? I have been using cut and paste shortcut a lot and it is tiring. It is becoming hard for me to keep all repeated compound blocks synchronised.

    I believe the Embeded Block lets you do this.

    Yes, pcavanagh is right, the embed block will let you reference a .vsm that has a single compound at the top level. When the diagram is opened, each embed blocks will read its reference. This lets you make a change to a subsystem in the one .vsm file and have it propagate to all embed block references.
