For which propagation models is preprocessing in WallMan required?
Pre-processing in WallMan is only required for Intelligent Ray Tracing (IRT), both for urban and indoor scenarios. This pre-processing of the 3D building vector data determines the visibility relations between all objects, which enables the solver to accelerate the ray tracing predictions.
The other wave propagation models (methods) can be used without pre-processing the building data in advance.
