Selecting the Online help from the HW-menu just opens the "Documents" folder in Windows Explorer

Hello,

Selecting the Online help from the HW-menu just opens the "Documents" folder in Windows Explorer.

Desktop-Help-2021-2 is installed (C:\app\Altair\2021.2\help\hwdesktop) and works well with hypermesh, hyperstudy, ...

However, nothing with Hyperworks even if hwhelp.cfg is filled in with the relevant path: HW_MSG_HELP "C:\app\..."
