Hi

 

Does anyone know how to do tensile test till rupture in LS-DYNA ?

If you do, can you show me with .k file ?

PS:eventually I must try  CFRP( carbon fiber reinforced plastic )'s tensile test till rupture

     But now I  just for practicing in AISI1020 

 

AISI1020 mechanical properties

 

Poision's ratio 0.29

Mass density 7900km/m3

Elastic modulus 2.00+e+11       N/m2

Tensile strength 420507000     N/m2

Yeild Strength    351571000     N/m2

BULK modulus  1.5800e+1011 N/m2

Shear modulus  7.750E+10      N/m2
