Hello,

Since the contact surface is  deformed in the current analyses, I would like to use tracking system to obtain the projection of the contact forces on the element surfaces. I could manage to use tracking system for displacement but I could not find a way to use for vectors of contact forces. the toggle A picture of the issue I mentioned, is attached to this message. The swicthed that is written 'use tracking system' cannot be activated as shown in the second picture,

Thank you for your help in advance.

This option is not available if you are using the Modal or Linear Static animation mode.

    Hello again.

I use the transient animation mode but the problem still persists.

I see this option get activate for displacement output only.Could you please let us know the end objective of having tracking system activated for contact force?

Did you also try with query results with node tracked and contact force option.

I've been working on adhesives currently. I try to make a correlation between the forces acting as peeling stress and the failure load. since the adhesively bonded surfaces rotates in the current example, I could not obtain the forces perpendicular to the surfaces. these forces cause peeling stress and to find the correlation and/or contribution of these forces to failure, I need to have been calculated the components of these forces.
