Hello people,

i am a bit new to MotionView so i would like to ask.... In ADAMS there is some functionality available where users can build their own suspension templates from scratch and use those templates later to define a suspension subsystem.. Is it possible to do something similar in MotionView ??? So far i have only found that you can create new suspension subsystems by using the available common ones from the library. But what if someone would like to design his own experimental suspension structure which is completely different from the standard McPherson or double wishbone geometries ??? How can i do something like that ??

THanks a lot...

    Hi,

MotionView has a build in Assembly wizard which does a lot of parameterization which makes modelling of vehicles easy. If you want to use a particular suspension which is not in the wizard then we recommend to use a suspension which is close to yours and then modify it to suit.
