Hi All

How do we assure a mesh continuity on the border between two spherical parts, one inside the other one, in contact with each other?

I am mostly searching for a methodology logic. first I want to know this basic : should the mesh ends arrive to the same nodes in the contact line ?

if so , how do we handle it on complex geometries, like a spherical bearing inside a body

    Screenshot? Model HM?

The bearing mounted inside the body has an spherical shape. so it's not visible while meshing two parts separately, and it's least possible that the meshes become continuous

For contact condition, you not need to make coincident mesh between two parts.

Yes just make coincident then use detach panel to make them separated
