RL-GO for multi-layer dielectric model

I need to use the high frequency RL-GO method to solve the model with multiple dielectric layers. But unfortunately, it seems that the result is quite different from those obtain with MoM method. May I ask if the RL-GO can handle with such multi-layer dielectric model?

The RL-GO is for electrically very very large models - it assumes locally plane-wave reflection and transmission. The fact that you mention MoM would indicate that your model is not electrically large and as such the curvature of the model violates this assumption.

 

If you want to solve an electrically larger model and compare with RL-GO, the hybrid FEM/MoM would be able to provide a full-wave solution.
