I am analyzing the wheelchair while driving a step.
When going down a step, I will accelerate suddenly and I can not get an accurate value.
Is it a mesh problem?
Is there a solution?

I ran the same model in 2017 and the animation looks fine.

I don't think so, if modelled correct.
