How do we simplify FE Model for a embossed sheet metal(steel)?
Modelling of entire embossed structure is time consuming.
Is there some method already in practice?

Sorry for my first reply. i thought that requirement is from Analysis context.
For modelling such structure you should try Batchmesher.See user guide & tutorial for more detail.Ignore attached pdf.
