Unidentifiable geometry?

Hello everyone,

I tried to figure out what kind of geometry is shown in a model I received recently. When I delete or hide all solids and surfaces,
that's what's left in the end (picture below). Any idea what kind of geometry it might be?

I tried to delete all kinds of geometries or elements using the 'Delete' tool > All  for all options in the Dropdown list shown below.
But the points won't vanish. Maybe I'm missing something here...

    Could you check same in Model browser. whether it is CAD or FE entity?If possible share hm file to crosscheck same.

    try saving file, close hm and open it again
