Integrating Matching Network Error

I keep obtaining this error every time i try to use the feko solver after i add my matching network from optenni lab. I don't know what i should do to solve this.

 

Any assistance would be highly appreciated

Could you please include your .cfx file and the optenni matching network touchstone file for us to have a closer look at?

As Peter said, we can have a look at the reason for the singular matrix if you provide the model.
