Tcl for splitting with line

Hello

 

I am creating a tcl file which will split the elements with line drawn on window

 

so I dont know how to create array and all 

 

so can anybody help me??

hello 

So i have found a solution for this 

 

as I can directly call up the edit element command in tcl 

hm_setpanelproc {hm_callpanel 'edit element';}

 

 

put above line in tcl and it will call up the panel
