Composite layers with property 11 SH_SANDW

Altair EmployeeHi, I've modeled a composite with /PROP 11 SH_SANDW (Radioss) applied to a shell that has collapsed nodes on a brick element that models a cfrp bonded with an adhesive. First, I've oriented the shell's normals in the right direction and I've set Ipos=1. So, for the stacking sequence set with z1,z2....zn > 0 I expect that the composite layer doesn't penetrate the adhesive elements. In Hypermesh 2d traditional and detailed elements seems that composite intersects adhesive (see figure). What is the error?!?!

I think you need to use zero thickness solid adhesive brick elements.
