When I was using HyperView to see my result.

 

Some times it will show

can't read 'Priv(where)': no such element in array

What is the problem of my software.

 

Because I also can see my h3d in HyperView and it is normal to see result.

    Do you have any customized macro in Hyperview? This error occurs 'sometime' or 'always'?

    Hi LKZ,

     

    This occurs when you have any customized script. If you don't have any such scripts and still this error occurs, please try deleting settings file and and check.
