Meshing interior volume

Hellow everyone!

I have the next problem:

 

I have a model of a car that consists of the SHELL components (i.e. components made from 2D meshed éléments), they represent different parts of the car. 

There are no surfaces or volumes available, only 2D elements.

How can I mesh the interior volume of my model? Is it gonna be a nightmare beacuse of the failed connectivity? Because I think it is hard to have a perfect tolerance between the SHELL components.. Newertheless, till now I've tried to create a closed interior volume (without holes etc..)

 

Can you suggest something?

    Could you share snapshot of  model or input file for better understanding?What I understand is you wan to enclose mesh & generate 3d mesh.

    Hypermesh Ruled,Spline commands would help to mesh part using existing nodes.Once you get enclose volume then you can convert it into 3d mesh.
