F28027 ADC issues

Hi,
I try to sample a signal with the F28027 ADC. For the test, I put a 1Hz signal on the AIN1.
But there is a problem with the result I have.
Could someone help me please? I join my shematics and a sceen capture of the result I have.

The problem is that you have set the sample rate for the .out file to 100 Hz, but you compiled it for 96kHz. You have set the sample rate for the debug diagram running on the PC to 96 kHz, but it should be 100 Hz. Please try the attached diagram.

Thanks, but it didn't change
I have increased the sample rate and the point number, but as you could see in the picture i join it's the sinus wave is not properly sampled. It look like there are some point missing.
This time I put a 2Hz sinus wave on the A1 pin of the F28027 TI control card. The emulator is the TI XDS100.

What is the source of your sinus? Does it appear smooth on an analog scope?

The source of my sinus is a function generator. It's correct on an analog scope. I've also tried with another function generator, but the result is the same.

I have some news with my issue.
The same diagram with the F28069 works properly. The sinus wave is well reproduced in vissim
Do you have an idea of the source of the problem?
