I want mesh with 2D element for sheet metal part (dynamic analysis problem), should the meshing size at least four time the thickness of sheet metal? if there any link that i can read it would be helpfull.

For impact, crash or any explicit analysis, characteristic element length is a parameter to calculate time step.
Please refer to RADIOSS theory manual chapter 5.
