Change the corner point dimension after mesh

I have prepared one specimen in which two composite plates are joined using Adhesive. 

when i export it as an input file to the solver , My corner dimensions changed little bit. It creates problem during text processing. 

 

For example.  instead of corner dimension (0.0    0.125    0.0), it seems me (3.58-8    0.125    0.0). 

 

It is same for all corner dimensions. 

 

Is there any way to adjust it or make it readable ?

Maybe due to geometrical precision. After meshing, you can project the nodes on YZ plan to have zero X-coordinate for example.
