Int Beam Element

Hi ,

 

 

In my Rope Model I wish Material law 36 for a beam element. Hence forth I have used matlaw 36 with int beam. 

I am still getting a error.

 

ERROR TRAPPED : REPORT TO LISTING FILE
ERROR ID :          760

Hi Kartik,

This error is due to the /PROP/TYPE18 defined in the model. FOr the ****=1. input the Local Y coordinate of the integration point, Local Z coordinate of the integration point and Area.

Also, for the /TH/BEAM, input the variable as DEF, so that all the default outputs will be available in the time history.

Please correct these and try running.
