Hi Mike,
Not sure about the reason for stress concentration and also model setup.
Maybe increase the number of spcs on the edge or increase the thickness...
Mark simple in averaging panel....
By default it is none...
Thats' why you are facing issue.
It is not stress concentration , but it is due to unaveraging the result.
