Yogesh, There were several problems with your model.

1. There was a disconnected gain after your PID that removed the controller from the loop
2. You were bypassing the PID with another gain
3. The Voltage Source Inverter was configured to toggle between 0 and 1, but needed to be -1 and 1 to give proper motor response.
