Typing various thermal conductivity 'k' into one Material

I'm looking for a method to type in 'k' varied by temperature

 

ex)

10W/mK for 200K

9.5W/mK for 190K and so on

 

I have been using Material -> card type MAT1 -> User Comments -> MAT4 -> type in K

but I could only find one blank for 'k'

maybe you should look at MATT4 where you can call/create a table with Temp Vs thermal conductivity.
