While examining my .dat file for property details, i found few lines in between the property data (image attached).

Is this is an error in modelling or something error in working method. Please guide me.

Did you export the same from HyperMesh?

If yes, what is the user profile?

lines start with $ will be processed by hm, nastran will skip them (no error)
