How to set RBE3 expansion in SPOT?

In Hyper- Spot command

If I change mesh pitch smaller, the area that RBE3 connect is smaller. Therefore, the stiffness of welding get weak.

To prevent this problem, I want to set RBE3-dia by a value that not depend mesh pitch. 

For ref see the attach image.

 

How to set in Hyper?

 

PS: In ANSA soft that command is 'RBE3-dia'
