Hyperview icon is not getting activated in 17 version of hyperworks

I submitted a simple stress analysis in the student edition 17 software, the analysis was completed but when I tried to do the post-processing, the hyper view icon is not activated to click on it, can anyone let me know the reason, the software is installed correctly to my knowledge.

    Can you reinstall the student edition, from the link provided in the mail send to you and try again? 

    If the problem still exists, share the screenshot or an image of your issue.
