Rigid Function Problem

Hello

I have HyperWorks 2017 Student Edition. While i'm using the function rigid and put 'multiple nodes' and 'calculate nodes' in the toolbar and start to select the nodes, if i hide the component on which i selected the nodes for select others, they disappear and i cannot create a rigid. Please help me with this problem. Thank you in advance.

Thank for advice, i found a solution for the moment. If i make a question, i don't understand why in the 14 version the nodes remain visible at the moment you show again the component, and in the 17 you need to save all the nodes and then subsequently retrieve them.

To be more specific, i'm creating due circular crown of nodes to create a rigid between two component (i attach a picture too). At the moment that i selected the nodes on blue element to select the nodes on the yellow one, the nodes (if i didn't save them) disappear. Instead, in the 14 version this doesn't happen.

Hi,

I checked this in 14.0 SE & 2017 SE.To me 2017 works fine & 14.0 has some issue while selecting nodes on some location.

I would recommend you to use latest version 2017 & node save/retrieve is available for all version.
