meshing problem

Hello ,

I am in an internship and I need your help if it is possible I will be very grateful. Normally I have to do static analyzes on TGV bogies. 1 month ago already that I am planted in the meshing of just the quarter of the bogie you will find the structure in attached.I find a lot of errors and I can not extract the mid surfaces since there is quite a lot of intersection. I tried to split the solid from each other but I did not get any results. I wait for your advices.Thank you

I see this kind of structure veru often at work. No choice! You have to do alot of work for surface preparing, sure!

Yes, it looks impossible for auto midsurface.

Try creating midsurface per pipe, rib,.. then connect mesh later.

With professional skill, i think it's estimated to cost ~8H depends on mesh size/quality

Yes first try with auto midsurface then in complex region where auto midsurface fails, try other surface editing options to get mid surface.
