Can you please help me to delete these areas in yelow ( they have been created after trimming the solid ) they are causing me problems in meshing .

These yellow area represents areas where two solids are shared by common surface.
Firstly, you have to remove all solids which share yellow surfaces. After that, you can disable some edges to merge surfaces.
