Hi, I'm doing a simple optimization of a plate with a central design part (fig 1). But when I solve the fem model and I plot displacement, I see that components mesh isn't merge. (fig 2).

How can i solve this problem? Thank you in advance.

As @tinh suggested you can connect nodes if the mesh is similar on both faces or use TIE contact.
