I see the following error:
Error 2535: A wire segment must be located within one layer.
What does it mean and what should I do to fix it?
This error message is given when a planar multilayer substrate (Green's functions) is used to model dielectrics. Specifically, a wire segment is penetrating the different layers of the dielectric. The correct way to model the wire is to ensure that there is a vertex on the interface(s) between the different layers of the substrate.
For example if a feed pin is modelled for a microstrip antenna, instead of just drawing a line from the ground plane to the patch, a polyline can be drawn with point(s) exactly on the interface(s) between different layers.
