Select Elements Problems

Hello

 

I hope all is fine

 

I have problem in HM14 , after I got it in my new laptop , when I want to select the elements its very slow and take too much time to select element where is my laptop its new and fast with 16gb ram and 2.7 process 7generation , in my old laptop its good ,

How can I fix this problem ,

    Hi,

    Which HyperWorks version are you using?. If it's an old version, please update to the latest, HyperWorks 2017.

    Also, check and update your graphics card.

    Note that certain graphics cards are not supported /recommended for HyperWorks  Please see the list of supported cards attached here
