How to identify hole lines automatically and bulid washer when meshing?

Hi all,

For a structure with holes (surface with some holes), how to identify the circular lines automatically and then mesh the surface with washer around holes? How to script this function?

    I think batch mesher can do it and we don't need tcl

    If you want, hm_holedetectioninit will help

    F11 addwasher and then automesh
