How can i download a dll wizard for Visual studio 2008?

I have attached the wizard to the message.
The wizard consists of two parts: three files dllWizNet.ico, dllWizNet.vsdir, and dllWizNet.vsz in 'Visual Studio C++ Directory'\vcprojects for example C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\vcprojects and a directory dllWizNet in 'Visual Studio C++ Directory'\VCWizards
Or you can reinstall VisSim, it should find Vissual Studion and install the wizard.
